3. Subscription Plans

We offer Free and Pro plans. Free plans have limits on the number of active portfolios. Pro plans are billed monthly and provide unlimited access to features.

4. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create and upload to Zemosly Work. We claim no ownership over your tasks, projects, or portfolios.

5. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service if these terms are violated.

6. Limitation of Liability

Zemosly Work is provided "as is" without any warranties. We shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of our service.
